We receive and collect several types of information about you, such as the information described below.

Information You Provide to Us. From time to time, you may provide us with certain information, including your personal information. Instances where you may provide this information include when you engage in a live agent chat on our website, when you complete an online form requesting that we or our partners contact you, or when you send us an email or call us. The personal information we collect on or through our Services may include:

• Your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and a unique individual password.
• Information you provide when you engage in a live agent chat, complete a form requesting that we or our partners contact you, or send us an email or call us, including your name, physical address, phone number and email address.
• Payment card information, including billing information such as your billing address, phone number, and name on the payment card.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including emails and email addresses), if you contact us.
• Information you provide to us relating to a problem with our Services or an online payment or other transaction with us by email, telephone or through our Services.

Information Collected from Other Sources. We may receive information about you from sources other than you, such as our third-party referral partners, which may include third-party service providers that may provide certain services to you. Additionally, we may receive information about you from our third-party service providers, such as from our payment processing third-party service provider (such as Stripe, Inc.) when you make payments for our services, via our customer portal, or from our online job application third-party service providers (e.g., Indeed.com and JazzHR) when you apply for a job with us. Any content or information submitted by you to our referral partners and/or our third-party service providers (including your name, contact information, resume, other job application detail, and payment and billing information) will be used and disclosed by the applicable referral partner and third-party service provider in accordance with their respective privacy practices and policies. We may also obtain information about you from other third parties, such as from third party platforms such as HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc. Additionally, some information we collect is publicly available. For example, we may collect information you submit to a blog, a chat room, or a social network like Facebook, Twitter or Google+.

In all cases, the information that we receive from third parties depends on the third party and your privacy settings with that third party. All information that you disclose to third parties will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of such third parties. You should review the privacy policies and practices of such third parties prior to disclosing information to them.

Information Collected Automatically. As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we and third parties acting on our behalf may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information. See Section 2 "Cookies and Other Automatic Tracking Technologies" for more information.

Our Collection Practices with Respect to Certain Specific Information:

General Use and Preference Information. We may collect, receive and store information regarding your general use of our Services (such as details of how and when you used our Services, interactions with our Services, resources that you access, your Internet protocol address, your browser type and your device type), as well as your preferences.

Device Information. When you access or use our Services through your computer, mobile phone or other device, we may collect information regarding and related to your device, such as hardware models and IDs, device type, operating system version, the request type, the content of your request and basic usage information about your use of our Services, such as date and time. In addition, we may collect information regarding application-level events, such as crashes, and associate that temporarily with your account (if any) to provide customer service. Location Information. If you submit your zip code or other geographic information to us, you may provide us with your location information. Furthermore, if you enable the collection of location information on your device, then we may collect information about your actual location, such as your mobile device's GPS coordinates. Third-party content providers may collect information. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on our Services may be served by third parties, advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. Description of the Technologies Utilized on our Services: We may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, including sending cookies, embedded scripts, web beacons, pixel tags or other anonymous identifiers to your device, or otherwise tracking your activities on our Services over time. Do Not Track Requests: Some Internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" or "DNT" signals. Since uniform standards for "DNT" signals have not been adopted, our Services do not currently process or respond to "DNT" signals.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various lawful business purposes. These purposes may include, among others, to:

• Present our Services, products or services, and related content to you. For example, if you provide us with your contact information for purposes of requesting that we contact you or that we provide you with a quote, or for receiving emails, or other information or content from us, or if we receive your contact information from one of our referral partners, then we may use such information to contact you, provide you with a quote, and to send you such information or materials. Additionally, we may use your personal information to administer surveys or other promotional activities.
• Contact you and provide you with information. • Manage your status as a registered user with us. We might also save your information associated with you as a registered user, so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit or use the customer portal or partner portal (as applicable).
• Resolve problems and disputes and engage in other legal and security matters. For example, we may use the information we collect to comply with, monitor compliance with and enforce this Policy, our Terms of Use (including any terms and conditions incorporated or referenced in our Terms of Use) and any other applicable agreements and policies, meet other legal and regulatory requirements, and protect the security and integrity of our Services. We might also use information that we collect to investigate any complaint you make regarding our Services, content, products, or other related matters, to provide evidence in any dispute or anticipated dispute between you and us, or to prevent fraud or other criminal or otherwise inappropriate activities. • Display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. 4. How We Share Your Information

We may share or disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

• Our Affiliates, Subcontractors and Personnel. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates, subcontractors and their respective employees, agents and representatives involved in delivering our Services, products and other services to you. For example, we use (and thus disclose certain of your information to) Google Firebase when you access our Services through our mobile app. Google Firebase usage is subject to Google's privacy policy (link provided above).

• Third-Party Service Providers. We may use third-party service providers to perform certain services on our behalf in connection with our Services, such as: to process and store data, including your personal information; to process payments; to process job applications; to serve our live agent chat feature; to track, analyze, and modify our Services; for marketing, advertising, and distribution; to assist us in providing you with customer support; and to support our IT and security efforts.

  • Certain third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
• Referral Partners. We from time to time may contact third-party service providers and disclose your personal information to confirm whether you engaged or used their services. If we receive your contact information from one of our referral partners, we may disclose certain information back to those partners, including the results of our services to you.
• Legal Obligations and Safety. We may share your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to: comply with a valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas, warrants, court orders, etc.); comply with requests or investigations by public authorities; comply with applicable laws or regulations; enforce or apply our policies or policies of our business partners; protect the security or integrity of our Services; or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our employees or users, partners and affiliates, or other natural persons.
• Aggregation and De-Personalization. We may use and disclose any de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including for any commercial purpose. De-identified Information means information that does not identify you, including any identifiable information de-identified by either by combining it with information about others, for example, by aggregating your information with information about other persons, or by removing characteristics, such as your name, that make the information personally identifiable to you
• Business Transfers. We may disclose, lease, sell, assign or transfer the information we collect (including your personal information) to third parties in connection with a Business Transfer. A "Business Transfer" means a sale, acquisition, merger, consolidation, reorganization, bankruptcy or other corporate change involving us, even if the Business Transfer is only being contemplated and regardless of whether the Business Transfer relates to a part of or our whole business. Nothing in this Policy is intended to interfere with our ability to transfer all or part of our business, equity or assets (including our Services) to an affiliate or independent third party at any time, for any lawful purpose, without notice or compensation to you.

We use certain technical, administrative and organizational security measures to keep your personal information safe. However, despite our efforts, please be aware that methods of transmission and electronic storage are not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your personal information, as third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or electronic storage. Further, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures of our Services.   Please note that "opt-out" and "unsubscribe" requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to receive, process and apply, during which time your information shall remain subject to the prior privacy settings. Additionally, you should be aware that any information provided to third-parties prior to your election to opt-out or unsubscribe will not be retrieved or rescinded, unless required by applicable law.
• Managing Your Information. You have the right to access and correct your personal information shared with us. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept accurate and up to date. However, it is up to you to update it with any changes. You may also notify us via the information in Section 9, "Contact Us" to correct any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
• Online Behavioral Advertising. As described above, we may use your information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
